The apartment can be booked for a minimum of 1 week of time (from Saturday to Saturday). Please contact us for possible discount on longer stays or for possible LAST MINUTE SPECIAL OFFERs.

The price for 1 week of rent is 950€ (no surprices and NO extra charges).

OFFER: Last Minute for JULY/AUGUST/SEPTEMBER 2011 !

1 Week at 950€ 800€ (up to 6 people) OR

1 Week at 700€ (up to 4 people)

The price includes:

- The apartment full rent for 7 days and up to 4/6 people (depending on the offer)
- All bed Linen with weekly change
- All the electricity you need
- Free usage of the independent Air Condition system (for both cold and hot conditioning)
- Instant Hot Water (gas system)
- Running fresh and clean water (you can freely drink out of the tap)
- Centralized heating system (Note: heating is allowed by Italian law only from November 1 to April 1 with exceptions made for extreme weather)
- Weekly compulsory cleaning fee is also included for free
- Gas (kitchen and hot water)
- Free usage of ADSL / Internet line (4 Mbps) with Ethernet (LAN) available ports for your Laptop / PC
- Optional Full usage of VoIP telephone capability (1 week for 10euro, flat rate). E.g. call for free in USA / Europe

The price does not include:

- Security deposit: EURO 300 (to be paid at checking in). Upon arrival at the property you are required to pay to the property representative a security deposit (payable only in cash). The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges (if any) or accidental damages to the property.

When are arrival and departure expected?

Unless otherwise indicated, the day of arrival and departure is Saturday.

TIME OF ARRIVAL
It's between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.;

TIME OF DEPARTURE
Departure is expected between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. If you are late you can contact the owner, which is at your disposal also on Saturday (from Easter to October) from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. You will receive all of the information concerning this matter together with your booking voucher which will be sent to you before departing.
