In order to make a full binding reservation we need a down payment of 400€ (per week) to secure the period of your choice. The rest of the money should be paid not later then 4 weeks before the start of your rental period. You will be informed about all details.

We accept all major credit cards (via the free and secure online PayPal system) as well as bank transfers.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that the cancellations done earlier then 2 full months before the beginning of your rental period will be refunded at 50% (50% of the down payment will be given back, minus the bank tranfer fees). After that the cancellations done earlier then 1 month from the beginning of the rental period will be refunded at 20% (20% of the down payment will be given back, minus the bank tranfer fees).
No rofund will be given in case of cancellations within the last 4 weeks or for NOT showing up.
